Now I did a job. I got nothing but trouble since I did it, not to mention more than a few unkind words as regard to my character so let me make this abundantly clear. I do the job. And then I get paid.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I thought the PPO/Bitchy Fic combo was just being called Bitchy Fic?

To be honest, I don't remember. I also don't recall the latest consensus on the Sm/DS/FS consolidation.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Okay, this is what I propose:

1. In the PPO/Bitchy Fic consolidation combine and rename to Bitchy Fic.

2. For the DS/SV/FS thread: DS/SV/FS: Other Stuff That Some of Us Watch.

Undoubtedly the day time crew will have other (and better) ideas.

Could we put a deadline on this and say, by XX day, we'll have decided?

No other candidate is asking the hard questions, like "Did geophysicists assassinate Jim Henson?" or "Why is there hydrogen in America's water supply?" --defective yeti

So, what ever happened with combining those couple of threads?

It is good to follow up on these things. I can't believe all of us forgot about the vote of confidence in the 6-month moratorium.

I think that we also need a very concise table of votes saying the date, the item voted on and the result.

I agree. Just to be a reference tool for hardcore Bureau lawyers. The law-speak is a great history and summary for the rest of us. And it taught me the word "passim." (I thought Nilly said it meant bubblewrap! :) Are all the votes linked to in the law-speak document? That would be half the work done already.

The Buffistas have an Etiquette Guide. You know what, we have two, one in filk form.

I imagine I'm hearing Nutty's real-life conversational voice in sentences like this. Of course I've only ever heard her talk hopped up on helium, but I imagine her as one of those animated explainers who were my favorite teachers in college.

I'm for this.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

There's been a spurt in new registrations the last 24 hours (6 users or so). Have we been namechecked somewhere?

I bop to Wittgenstein. -- Nutty

Firefly movie confirmation may have attracted people to look for new Firefly threads. I wouldn't be very surprised if that caused a few new registrations.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

1. In the PPO/Bitchy Fic consolidation combine and rename to Bitchy Fic.

I think the original plan was that Bitchy Fic would continue as the combined thread (to provide continuity for any multi-part fics), and that we would close the other two and fold them into Bitchy Fic. So we close PPO and Pornanthology, and change the slug and description of Bitchy Fic to reflect that.

Up with the sun

I thought the PPO/Bitchy Fic combo was just being called Bitchy Fic?

I thought we had said we'd rename Bitchy fic Buffista Fic to reflect the less Spikecentric focus. That would be my preference, but not an extremely strong one.

Thanks for the list, ita.

I remember this as what Plei suggested, but am too lazy to threadsuck and confirm.

I'm for taking a bit of the Bitch out, too.
