I'll second the idea, Kat, but I'm concerned about taking this to lightbulbs in the normal fashion, as I think this particular subject needs to be discussed as long as it needs to be discussed, and locking it into a four day discussion might be too short.
Bureaucracy 2: Like Sartre, Only Longer
A thread to discuss naming threads, board policy, new thread suggestions, and anything else that has to do with board administration and maintenance. Guaranteed to include lively debate and polls. Natter discouraged, but not deleted.

Brenda, I'd envisage that each is a yes/no vote and they stand alone, but they live on the same ballot. If that makes sense.
Sean, I think a four day discussion, at least with the easy ones and with an eye towards hashing out others that may never make it to ballot is possibly the only way to discuss. If we let ourselves talk it forever, we're going to be screwed because we probably won't agree because we will have strong feelings about certain threads. (In my head, I keep thinking, NO! NOT SMALLVILLE. . .)

KAT - a couple of more housekeeping items:
- Close Buffy Spoilers Lite
Also?
- Change the name of the Buffy/Angel Spoilers thread to "Angel Spoilers"
Elena re: Quotables - I am sorry. I didn't realize how long the deathmatches ran. I also didn't know your Angel-getting was up in the air.
edited for correct name

Hmm... good point. Given an indefinite amount of time to discuss, we will dicuss indefinitely.

Works for me. I just wanted to be sure, since one or two of those might have more dissent than others, though they're all pretty doable, IMO.
Cindy, are those suggestions for Kat to add to her proposal?

Kat - If there's stuff we can't include on the ballot for this proposal, but don't realize that until Lightbulbs discussion makes it evident, can we agree to not moratorium it out of business for six months. I can't think of a for instance, but do you know what I mean.

Cindy, we'll be getting Angel on Space on Thursdays (when are they airing in the US?), the big question is when are they going to air on ASN, and will it be before or after the US gets it.

Good idea.
(Were we supposed to revisit the length of the moratorium at some point? Or was that something else? My memory is faulty.)

Kat, I misaddressed the above to Raquel, originally. Housekeeping items, ahoy.

brenda - thank you.

Here, it will be Wednesday nights at 9 (8 central) after Smallville for people who watch on regular WB affiliates.

Yes.
And seconded.
