white-font for one week after original air date.
I really don't like this, because a lot of people watch and post, and come in to work the next morning wanting to discuss something, and if there are 50 new posts of nothing but whitefont, that's a real pain.
I'm with Steph and Sean on this. It's why I asked, and I don't really want to second something that has whitefont. We might as well discuss in Natter as have a TV thread, if white font is going to be the case.
I was wary of seconding, but God knows I can argue like a b-i-t-c-a in Lightbulbs.

Hee. Preacher, meet your choir.
Lightbulbs is open. Go forth and discuss.

True, very true.
Are you formally withdrawing your second (pending removal of the whitefont clause), Cindy?
Either way, Raquel should draw up a formal proposal, but I would strongly recommend going without the whitefonting. It might keep some away, but I think one of the purposes of a TV thread would be to avoid whitefonting.
Does Raquel post her proposal in Lightbulbs to start the discussion?
Okay - because lightbulb is already open Raquel, I'll keep in my second, but Teppy, Sean and I are going to argue to the point where you'll wish you'd never met us, iffn you put the white font in the proposal. :D
Hmm... I went and opened The Bulb when we had 4 seconds, but it strikes me, as a bureaucratic matter separate from the current discussion, that we never have figured out whether seconds can be revoked.
And yes, I'm aware that this is something that could lead to months, years, maybe centuries of bloodshed, so maybe I should just shut up.

You're just trying to start a board-wide melee, aren't you?
(Let's forget it, because I unrevoked it. I didn't intend to give it 'til I saw an actual proposal, and was too generous. But I've let it stand. Let's forget this ever happened. I'd say if someone says, "I'll second," but then the proposal turns out differently, they don't actually have to let their pre-proposal second count. But it doesn't matter in this case, and my blood is thin, lately.)
