Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

PF may be a little-used last resort contingency forum, but it's still a Buffista Zone. By continuing her obnoxious trolling there, I say she's forfeited her Buffistadom forever.

I think she should get a letter first. "Cut it out or your ban is permanant" or "PF counts, not just Phoenix" (you know, unless it was in the letter she got).

I just want us to be above reproach, you know?

Oh, Trudy makes a good point. If we don't already, we should, in the future, indicate in our warnings that suspensions cover all Buffista zones, including WX and PF.

"The fact that we live at the bottom of a deep gravity well, on the surface of a gas covered planet going around a nuclear fireball 90 million miles away and think this to be normal is obviously some indication of how skewed our perspective tends to be."

Can we actually enforce a ban beyond the borders of buffistas.org? With no teeth, a ban is unpointy.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, I was pretty pissed when "Anathema" posted on WX the other week.

Thanks for all the fish.

Did that happen Jesse? Damn.

Up with the sun

I was pretty pissed when "Anathema" posted on WX the other week.

I didn't see that. What happened?

Our wings are not tired.

FWIW, it appears that the first place I would try if the Phoenix and WX were both down seems to be unaffected.

In this instance, although I agree with the point in the event of future problems, I would like to not send an additional note to her because it just continues the attention loop.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I didn't see that. What happened?

He pretty much said, "I don't want to upset anyone, and I'm not looking for a way to sneak back in, but can someone tell me why the board is down?"

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

We can ban people from posting on WX, but I don't think we have that option on PF.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

He just asked what had happened to the Phoenix (as far as I saw, I don't know if he went over to NAFDA). I didn't think it was a big deal. Had he joined in the discussion, I would've had a problem.
