Ficht nicht mit Der Raketemensch!

FYI, though, anyone who feels sufficiently distured/threatened - the ISP that site is attached to is also a telco provider. Therefore, if you do feel harrassed, you are not dealing with someone anonymous - the UK police are fairly good about this kind of thing. Obviously, I'm not going to pursue that line of approach, and I advise against it, but the option is open.

At least I've worked out who Julie is. She is the skin eating monster who tears strips off of people she believes to be weaker than herself...didn't it get slayed by Buffy?

At least she spelt my name right :)

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

If we are giving up on the PF place being ours, then I say someone threadsuck it, remove the Buffista name and ask Lance to close it. I really don't like the idea of innane rantings taking over a thread with our name on it.

We can always reopen another. Chances are she would never look after a few months anyway.

Our wings are not tired.

I like that idea msbelle.

Mostly I like

Then again, if what she wants is attention, maybe a studious IGNORE would be best. Don't respond in PF, don't email her, just wait for her to get bored and shut up.

If we do not feed she will go away. This is all very sad.

Yes. I think she has really enjoyed being at the center of so much attention. She's gone now. Peace is at hand. We'll figure out what to do about PF and then I think we should just move on.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

Wow.

So, um...yeah. Wow.

Hugs to the stompies and everyone caught in the crossfire.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

PF may be a little-used last resort contingency forum, but it's still a Buffista Zone. By continuing her obnoxious trolling there, I say she's forfeited her Buffistadom forever.

I think she should get a letter first. "Cut it out or your ban is permanant" or "PF counts, not just Phoenix" (you know, unless it was in the letter she got).

I just want us to be above reproach, you know?

bitterchick - Apr 16, 2003 9:26:32 am PDT #415 of 10005

Oh, Trudy makes a good point. If we don't already, we should, in the future, indicate in our warnings that suspensions cover all Buffista zones, including WX and PF.

"The fact that we live at the bottom of a deep gravity well, on the surface of a gas covered planet going around a nuclear fireball 90 million miles away and think this to be normal is obviously some indication of how skewed our perspective tends to be."

Can we actually enforce a ban beyond the borders of buffistas.org? With no teeth, a ban is unpointy.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, I was pretty pissed when "Anathema" posted on WX the other week.
