If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

We could update it as it happened, and it would be really, really funny.

Ooh, I like that idea.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Cindy, talking a little below your knowledge does not ruin your enjoyment of the show.

Trudy, I love you. But you don't know this. As an essentially un-spoiled person, you don't know this.

And it does mar my enjoyment of this discussion board. Because there's nothing that we're allowed to discuss.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

That's not clear at all. It isn't clear that summertime cast announcements were considered spoilers when the slug for the thread and the FAQ for this board were written.

At the very moment they were written? No. Prior to that? YES. It IS clear. Summer spoilers have been a concern before. Sometimes they were discussed, sometimes they weren't, but they HAVE been a concern.

Tell me, are you going to also address that the FF spoiler thread is being used against it's policy, and that it's slug was changed despite the grandfather clause prohibition on changing things always in effect?

Was there ANY objection to that change?

Besides, re-purposing one thread is not as big as changing an essential policy that has existed since the beginning of the community.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Was there ANY objection to that change?

Yes. I believe Le Nubian objected. In this thread, as a matter of fact.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Yes! Although frankly, I wouldn't be surprised if the count changed.

We could update it as it happened, and it would be really, really funny.

Yes, this! And it would be even funnier if by some freak chance, it never changed, and it just stayed, and stayed...but no, wait, we're talking about Tim here. Anyway, yay for this thread title!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

We could update it as it happened, and it would be really, really funny.

Count me as a vote toward this option. While I doubt that a character-based series will allow Tim quite the free reign with violence and mayhem that Angel did, the fact that Wonderfalls' premise has been compared to Amélie puts me in mind of the quirky death the mother of the movie's title character suffered. I bet we'll have an elderly shut-in providing one last meal for his or her 53 cats or somesuch before the season is done.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Oh yeah, there'll be sad or poignant deaths, even if not funny ones.

Yes. I like it, too.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Hey, by the way, thank you to everyone who went and actually found those TT and WX conversations.
