I will say that with only 6 official Atlantic Canadians and over 700 subscribed buffistas, any vote affecting our thread would no doubt leave us in the minority.
Do you really think that most people would ignore what you want? For no apparent reason?
I just want to let the Canadians know that I support them 100%. Which is only about 80% in American support.

I think you could make a three in one proposal-- although the "Who we are" discussion should probably happen. I just don't think we'll ever agree. we're basically here to discuss what we're here to discuss.
I like the idea of a Who are We and What is this place discussion, but I also think it may send me screaming for the hills. We are different things to almost everyone here. Change is a comin and it ain't gonna be pretty.
My main concern is, where does it stop? Are we going to have a Matrix thread? An Alias thread? A mystery book thread?

Where do you think limitations should be set, Jesse? I think the same thing, grateful as I am for the LotR thread.
I don't see any simple justification for, say, an Alias thread and not a TAR thread, or a Coupling thread, or whatever. They all seem out of scope to me, despite what's been grandfathered in.
Shows by ex-ME people, different, though. But how "by" is "by"? Writes for? Show runs? Created?
