I agree, just my observation on consensus vs. vote.

I read that policy as saying banning is actually a function of the Stompy Feet, so doing it by consensus/acclamation here seems fine to me.
Stompy Feet are Jon B, DXMachina, P.M. Marcontell, Liese S., amych, msbelle_Rebecca, shrift, Dana, Laura - so I actually think it's important that Jon (and others, of course) have a chance to review.
