This isn't a come-on. I'm in a very serious relationship with a landscape architect.

Voting Discussion: We're Screwing In Light Bulbs AIFG!

We open it up, we talks the talk, we votes, we shuts it down. This thread is to free up Bureaucracy for daily details as we hammer out the Big Issues towards a vote. Open only when a proposal has been made and seconded according to Buffista policy (Which we voted on!). If this thread is closed, hie thee to Bureaucracy instead!

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

So, voting would start tomorrow night. We need final wording from ita and a volunteer to count votes.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I can count the votes

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Remind me how long voting is open for?

I know, bad Buffista, no porn.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

That's why we need the cheesebutt page up. Voting is three days.

Perkins--profile address?

Official wording so far:

I propose an annual delurking and locating thread where everyone is encouraged to stop by, lurkers and regular posters alike, and say a little bit about themselves so we can learn about the people we don't post with, or the people who read but don't post. Also, people are encouraged in that month to enter or update the location field in their profile, with the note that they can be as vague as their country or as specific as their street address, with the options inbetween of state, province, zip code, city, and the like--whatever feels comfortable.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

How will we decide which month?

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

How will we decide which month?

Preferential voting.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I'd say October by default.

Because books.

I was going to say January -- post-holiday blahs and boredom, new year, etc.
