Open only when a proposal has been made and seconded according to Buffista policy (Which we voted on!). If this thread is closed, hie thee to Bureaucracy instead!
I think the Buffistas have lost their spark. Where is the angry bantering, the witty accusations? Where is the threatened split, the huffy digital storming off? Where is the proposer pulling out his hair and regretting the day he ever heard of proposals? Where is the life, man?
Also, did I mention I don't feel very strongly about this issue?

For the record, I'm in favor of the merge and the new title as proposed, but completely don't mind being outvoted on either issue.
