All right, yes, date and shop and hang out and go to school and save the world from unspeakable demons. You know, I wanna do girlie stuff!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The bangs are the exclamation points, the interros the question marks. The ones ... well, that's just mockiness.

See, now I did not know that. I inferred meaning from the term that was not there. I'm a little sad now.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I'm with ita and Matt on the rationale for yea. I can see some non-nostalgic reasons for wanting them separate (especially for people who gave up on one show but not another), but at this point, the DVDs are even stored with the seasons intermingled on my shelves, so it's all one big 'verse for me.

Also, I love the title, though I'm glad others have improved on my initial suggestion (the "1" and the "ANGLE" really make it for me, neither of which I had).

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I heart our misspelling. Because we mock. We mock, but with the love.

We mock, but with the love

But it looks like we mock the shows, not the people who type stuff like that.

Oh, well, maybe the first thread will go by fast and we can do something with "Remember You" or cookie dough.

A turkey in every toilet -- only in America!

I'm glad others have improved on my initial suggestion (the "1" and the "ANGLE" really make it for me, neither of which I had).

Thank you, sir.

I'm leaning toward voting for the proposal, but I could easily be swayed by a sentimental outburst from the Zmayhems (you know it's coming).

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

I am all in favor of combining the two threads, but I'm not in favor of the semi-proposed titled.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

I love the proposed thread title, which makes me all nostalgic and shit for the old WX days.

Actually, I think the PTT is the only thing that *might* sway me towards combining them. It's the same 'verse, yes, and there's overlap, but I like the separation. Also, while I'm almost certain this wouldn't happen, I'm still a little combo gunshy after Boxed Set, which basically became an unusable thread for me when it combined.

What is even happening?

How about plain old Buffy and Angel for the thread title (ie permanent name of the thread, cf "Natter"), and BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1! (or whatever) for the name for the first one? That way, the BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1! isn't there forever (although I happen to have a fierce love on for BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1! I can see how some people wouldn't want it there forever How's forever does forever work for you.)

Does this make one iota of sense?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

How about plain old Buffy and Angel for the thread title (ie permanent name of the thread, cf "Natter"), and BUFFYNANGLE4EVA!!!!!1!

That was the proposal, no?
