We open it up, we talks the talk, we votes, we shuts it down. This thread is to free up Bureaucracy for daily details as we hammer out the Big Issues towards a vote. Open only when a proposal has been made and seconded according to Buffista policy (Which we voted on!). If this thread is closed, hie thee to Bureaucracy instead!

Will the emails have votes@buffistas.org in the header? I want to set up a filter for my email.
Yes they will.
Merci
The subject on all of them is Buffista Ballot.
Proposal: To add a new thread dedicated to the works of Tim Minear.
The purpose of the thread will be to discuss past, present, and future series and episodes, and also to honor one of our own. Suggestions for thread title can be discussed in Bureaucracy if the proposed thread passes.
If the proposed thread passes, it will be added to the Phoenix the first week of August 2003, at the convenience of the sexiest Stompy.
The vote will close 12:00am May 31st (Saturday morning), 2003.
Oh. Yeah. It passed. By some number bigger than some other number and also bigger than half the votes.
Jim ... take it away ....
"That major casting spoilers (to the main cast only, not recurring or guest), which are being advertised by Fox, the WB or ME in press advertising or their official website, are no longer spoilers, and should be discussed in the show threads. The Main Cast are those characters who appear in the opening credits."
ita, there was a small addition to it:
"That major casting spoilers (to the main cast only, not recurring or guest), which are being advertised by Fox, the WB or ME in press advertising or their official website, are no longer spoilers, and should be discussed in the show threads. This includes cast additions or departures. The Main Cast are those characters who appear in the opening credits."
Jim said he was going offline, and may not be around to announce this in Press.
Is it bad etiquette for someone else to copy-paste the proposal and announce the start of discussion? He did say, go ahead and Lightbulb it in his absence, but I don't want to step on any toes.
