Who is marching tomorrow? I kind of feel like I have to, even though my anxiety is already over the top.
My sister is here with me making signs now. Adirondack themed stolen from others....pictures later.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

An hour in Times Square under normal circumstances seems like a lot, never mind during a protest!!
A sauna sounds great, -t. I would like that. I am looking forward to December when I will be at a place with a hot tub.
I lasted about an hour and a half. Half protest signs half runner signs. I did see some protester shirts on runners which was cool.
An hour is long, Tom! Thanks for braving the crowd!
I have a virtual event today, which I finally feel well enough for.
Seemed like a good crowd here in Nashville! Our signs were "With fear for our democracy, I dissent" and "Make Orwell Fiction Again." It lasted about an hour and then we marched the length of a nearby city park where our local book festival is being held this weekend, so lots of people (us included) peeled off there.
Timelies all.
I am still in Florida, so no marching for me. Not that I would be marching if I were at home. (For one thing, Mr. S is home this weekend and taking him would not end well. For another thing, I’m a federal employee and I don’t want to risk my job.)
Otherwise I am ok, if sick of deli.
Virtual rallies are just not the same. Which would be one thing if I hadn't waited for weeks.
Planning to drive by our downtown park rally/protest as soon as our housemate comes home with the car. We'll honk in support; one of us is too disabled to march, so household solidarity it is.
Times Square was pretty damn crowded.
The crowd was much bigger here than June. Not, thankfully, Times Square crowded. I'd have lasted much less time.
