Just spitballin' but I think it's the lack of deep sleep.
I think I've mentioned it here, but the side sleeper pillow I got has been so effective that I don't roll over enough during the night, and consequently wake up with one sore knee from lying on one side for way too long.

There are so many scam solar companies in NY that I get skittish every time I think about having them installed, but there are others in our neighborhood so I think the sun exposure is probably ok if I ever do the research to actually reach out to someone for a quote.
