I said I'm sorry. I've made mistakes, but fear was never one of them.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

People being wrong at work is worse than people being wrong on the internet!

"already on the kiss-cam with Karl Marx"-

Four bags is a lot. We do it more frequently because it's too hard to take more than two.(Also, there's no storage in here...it's awful, in a diamond-shoe problem sort of way--it's less diamond-shoe when you factor in how few spots I can actually reach, though.)

Writing group yesterday was fine--I didn't meet the whole group yet, but I kind of don't think there will be any Rayanne Graff types in it. (Can't decide which is sadder, that that's true or that I'm nearly fifty-two and only had, like half a wing-woman, cumulatively, in my own so-called life. And I still need one, I think.) But the group might still be good practice.

Rewatching MSCL because it was JZ's favorite, and there is a lot that I'd forgotten, anyway because I only watched it once, probably at her vehement urging. I'm sorry that writing about people doesn't seem like enough anymore in many places.

--t, it's a little harder to tell the people at work to shut their pieholes without consequences, I'll tell ya what.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Waiting for a Hamilton showing, and no one else is here. I'm gonna sing for the next three hours.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oofdah, EM came over this morning and we spent 3.5 doing a deep clean

She is a damn good human.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

She is a damn good human.

She is!

I mean, I do pay her for her work and time, but she helps me immensely whether it's housecleaning or paperwork.

I’m on the train heading to the airport! For our last day in Seoul mostly we ate food and my friend spent lots of money on nice watches? But overall a good time. It’s not a super city for touristing in a museums/activities sense maybe but it seems like a place that would be fun to live in or visit while working for an extended time or something. Now we head to Chiang Mai! I’ve only been gone just under a week but it feels like a very long time. Gotta remember that for future—a week long vacation can feel satisfying too!

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

meara, I am happy to live vicariously through your trip!

Today is chemo infusion #1 and radiation treatment #3. Also appointments with the radiation oncologist, the chemo oncologist, and the nutritionist. Plus in there I have my regular Wednesday therapy appointment, thank god.
