To add to the yogurt discussion, I tried “too good zero sugar”. It uses stevia extract.

I do not like it as much as Siggs or Icelandic, but it is half the calories of some of my favorites has 13 g of protein and 0 g sugar.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

My first PT appointment for my hip is in an hour. I'm (1) afraid it will hurt more than my hip already hurts, and (2) afraid it won't help. (I know that one appointment can't fix everything; I just mean that in general, doing whatever exercise plan they come up with, and doing it consistently over time, won't help.) (I'm just spooking myself because the pain is really getting to me.)

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I hope it does help, Tep. I am not in favor of my friends being in pain.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Good luck, Tep!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Good luck Tep! And Tim!

I am now giving the stink eye to our Kroger stores that don't have Chobani Less Sugar Lemon.

Hard same, Marianos.

I’m very glad we all have a Brendon in our lives. The Brendon. Laura I’m so sorry for your loss.

Masterfully worded obits are a whole thing. Been there.

So my jackass brother who couldn’t come to Toronto with us for three days in July to see our elderly aunts because he didn’t feel right leaving his crazy Russian wife on her own is now planning a 10 day visit out here (without her, as far as I know) followed by a back-to-back overseas work trip. Why must they be so fucking extra?
