Only Tylenol -- I'm supposed to avoid NSAIDs for a week before surgery.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, butt kicking, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
Tylenol is a placebo scam.
Agreed. Tylenol has never done anything for me.
Tramadol didn't do anything for me, either.
Meloxicam works for me, but it is an NSAID.
Do you get any benefit from a heating pad? Or an icepack?
Tylenol only helps me with fevers.
I was at the museum today after taking ltc to camp walking toward the elevator when a 20ish female employee complained it was still chilly outside and a 70ish male employee told her she needed to dress more appropriately and stop trying to show off her body. I was absolutely appalled and reported him before I left. She was dressed beautifully fwiw in long sleeves, a skirt, and heavy tights. He was dressed very sloppily and not nearly as professionally as she was.
We’re trying AI at work because we need to help our instructors understand it better. One thing we’re trying is using the AI assistant to take notes in our Zoom meetings. It has been hilariously inaccurate—frequently putting the exact opposite of what we said. I.e., we said “Tool 1 is a great substitute for tool 2. We’ll explore tool 1’s ability to do x, y, and z.” And then 20 minutes talking about tool 1. And the summary substitutes the name of tool 2 everywhere we discussed tool 1.
It does really bad when three out of four people in the meeting are named Sue.

Heat and ice do help, and we have a hilariously large number of microwave beanbags and icepacks, because I am not the only one in this house whose body is crumbling.

sj, that is so fucking ridiculous. I'm glad you reported him.
