If M's mom has an oxygen tank then there is going to be no smoking. She doesn't have any kind of self control at all and is very impulse driven. Which will make it hard but last year she caught the bathroom trash can on fire twice because she tossed the ashes from the ash tray in there and forgot she had a lot/smoldering cigarette.
