I battle evil. But I don't really win. The bad keeps coming back and getting stronger. Like that kid in the story, the boy that stuck his finger in the duck.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

can I go from 450 of Wellbutrin XL to 300 without titrating?

That dosage change should be fine. Stopping 450 mg cold turkey would probably give some withdrawal symptoms, but 450 to 300 is just stepping down a dosage.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Another one whose plans were foiled by BART. I walked to the station and schlepped my bag down the stairs at 6:30 and then found out they don’t run until eight on Sundays. Doh!

But I got a car and made it in plenty of time so no harm no foul. Just made it home from the airport a little while ago. Happy exhausted.

I’m happy to start loading up some pictures to a Google Docs somewhere.

Thanks, Steph. You are, as always, a lifesaver.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

SFistas riddle me this, how is your entire city made of uphill.

My Fitbit is extremely pleased with me! My knees, less so!

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

it was lovely to spend some time wandering North Beach and Fisherman's Wharf with Shir! (And Tom, and Jessica, and megan) OTOH I forgot my sunscreen this morning.

I got home about 3:30 and crashed hard for over an hour. Bah. My knees are fine but I wish I had worn a hat. And I am still full.

Shir and I wound up walking back to her hotel from Fishermans Wharf along Lombard St (after the Maritime Museum we walked to a Cafe for a bite and a rest and I said hey, have you seen the famous bit of Lombard St that's got all the curves and Shir hadn't and it was only two blocks away so we went and took obligatory tourist pics and by then her hotel was only another few blocks and by the time we got there MY hotel was only another mile, so...)

Connie and Sylvie were most excellent tour guides! Thank you both!

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

My Fitbit is extremely pleased with me! My knees, less so!

My sister in steps but also pain.

I did 20,000 steps on Friday and again today, and I’m stiff as hell.
