Thanks sj.

Your quote reminds of something. In MD, there is a cozy mystery convention called Malice Domestic that I have helped staff at for the last couple of years. Since it all about the cozy, there is, yes, an afternoon tea. With the little cucumber sandwiches and everything!

Yeah, I may have been gone for a little bit (as in, by some of my threads last leave off in... um... 2010?) but with the flurry of Buffy news, I felt to call to return to natter about Buffy.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Yeah, I may have been gone for a little bit

Good to see you again. What's a decade between friends?

Well, Mr. Flea has decided to take the resignation offer. He’s going to start by applying for the open job of assistant superintendent of water in our town. He’s been miserable at the EPA for years, his entire division is non statutory, and he was worried about getting fired before hitting his MRA. So… we’ll see. We all have a lot of feels about this.

Oh, wow, Flea, that's huge news. I wish an absolutely great new start for Mr. Flea in a new job and place that he loves.

Ugh, flea, I’m so sorry but I hope the town job works out, or something else soon

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The bodegas in NYC have started selling loosie eggs.

I love New York so much.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Not that surprising. I glanced at the eggs while buying green onions at the local discount grocery yesterday and the cost to them before markup for a six pack was $4.19.
