It was lovely to see everyone; I'm sorry that I'm having to skip dinner, but my brain is just *done*.
I got to hug Emmett but did not get a chance to introduce myself to EM. I was very, very glad she was there, though.
Too many feelings to process right now, but I'm ok. It's just been a lot.
I'm sorry that I couldn't be there in more than spirit(Also tired of saying that every couple of days about something...feel like a futurama head in a jar behind that.) But I had messy feels, better you didn't see that, I think.

I was so glad he was able to pull it together. At some point while I was putting together the collage boards of pictures my brain just glazed over. "I don't even know what I'm doing anymore!" Just lost in the weeds of all the details.
But everything came together. It was really so lovely.
And seeing everyone's faces is amazing.
There was a strange parallel element to the event where it was a Memorial for Jacqueline and at the same time a Buffista F2F and I hadn't seen so many people for 5+ years.
So I managed to catch up with that element at the dinner after that Juliana organized. And that was concentrated Buffista fun.
But now I'm exhausted and ready to sleep deep.
Thank you all so much. My heart is full tonight. I feel so lucky to know you, know this place, and to be able to be in SF for the memorial. Thank you, and I love you, and seeing about 30 of you F2F for the first time in 17 years is truly amazing. David, Juliana, megan - thank you so much for organizing today.
