It's 12 degrees here and I have to go to therapy at 1. I will be wearing many many layers. I'm probably going to look like a pile of laundry.

Consuela, I'm so sorry. I honestly don't understand how we got here. (Today I came up with a theory about leaded gasoline, but it's not much comfort.) I don't know what I could possibly offer, but let me know if I can do anything from far away.
Working for a state university makes me a little nervous, I tell you what.
I got a little into it there and depressed myself, so I deleted most of it and pulled myself back out. Anyone have a suggestion for a small action for good today?
