On the other hand I did a Big Scary Thing for me. Dad has been trying to get his Fidelity people to call me about my finances and someone did. So I know have a plan and an idea that I can retire at ...70. Heather, the person I talked to , was really really nice and she has ADhd and her kid is autistic so at one point she asked me if I was getting info overload and wanted to pause. So next week is part 2 of this where we talk about investing.
I should have done this a long time ago but I had a lot of anxiety and fear about money.
Also there is new fic by inexplicifics so I have comfort reading this week as she releases a new chapter everyday.

I woke up to snow on the ground here in South Texas. Not enough for a snowman, just covering the ground, but it's sticking. It was more than the "wintry mix" we were supposed to get anyway.
Oh, and today is Library Day, but they're closed of course. Oh well.
