EM made a full tenderloin with a horseradish sauce, and a very rich pot of creamed spinach and I made Au Gratin potatoes (Comte, Sharp Cheddar and Gruyere). Best Au Gratin potatoes I ever made.

Had a real hard time remembering that I actually had to wake up and start working this morning. Somehow yesterday was easier, but today I'm apparently all "working again? But I just did that yesterday!"
