I caught her on a park bench, making out with a *chaos* demon! Have you ever seen a chaos demon? They're all slime and antlers.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Oh, shit, aksye.

I have no cadaver pieces yet. But there is still plenty of time.

I should be getting some after the braces are off! We could be a whole cadaver bone army.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

We could be a whole cadaver bone army.

Yessss.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I have too much to do in the next five days, and I'm trying not to have a total meltdown about it.

That's hard, sj, I'm sorry. And I know it's hard around the holidays to say no to stuff or delegate, because... holiday expectations and traditions.

The Cadaver Bone Army has your virtual back, though.

I am bad at delegating because nobody does things right or they ask me so many questions that I'd rather just do it myself, which I realize are me problems. But I did delegate a bit this year. I'm updating my mailing labels right now, and then I have to go open the wall of boxes.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I finally got my COVID booster yesterday - it should have been easy to get, it's just walk in but only during business hours and actually going somewhere to do the thing is not exactly a strength of mine so I kept just not doing it. Anyway, no side effects this time to the point where I forgot I had done that until I move my arm a particular way that I guess I don't do very often and it hurts like anything and I have to think about h ow I might have hurt myself for, like, a minute or two before I remember that I got a shot. Maybe next time I make that movement I will remember faster.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

What, no souvenir Band-Aid® ?

I did get a bandaid but it's under a sleeve so I forget it's there

Co-worker brought his dog in for the first time today. Dog is currently asleep under coworkers desk snoring loudly! It's pretty cute but also sounds like a human snoring, I had to go look and confirm it was a dog I was hearing...

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

I am down to my last 5 peer reviews for the year but these are all folks I have no strong feelings about so it's taking forever because unfortunately I can't submit 5 copies of "So and so did their job, I guess. It was fine. Next year they should keep doing that." At this rate I'll probably wind up finally getting around to making a bunch of doctors' appointments I've been avoiding just to get out of doing this.

(I completed my self-evaluation by copy-pasting last year's into one of our internal AI copy-edit bots and asking for a rewrite. BOOM, thank you robot overlords.)
