I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Yay, Calli! Living space ~ma!

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Msbelle, what's up with Mac's foot? It's obvious that I missed something important. He's too young to have such problems!

Useta-could.

I am feeling chuffed. I did an interview for one of my prostate cancer support groups six months ago. It was edited down to about five minutes and posted on the group's YouTube channel. It just passed 13k views. That's more than ten times the traffic of any of the other vids. I don't know really how much benefit it has been to the group in terms of recruitment or support, but I'm pretty pleased with it anyway.

That's great, dcp. Congrats.

I'm a fucking amazing catch!--Fiona Gallagher, Shameless(US)

Yeah, dcp, a good feeling. Had that happen with an advocacy video, once. But I also forced people to look at it, not fully organic.

I adore all you motherfuckers so much -- PMM.

Well done, dcp! Supporting each other through this stuff is so vital.

My household got our texts from the California Secretary of State this afternoon; our ballots have been received and counted. I was relieved; I wasn't sure I would get one after moving counties this summer.

The ballot drop box is an easy walk from our building; why weren't we voting this way all along?

Our wings are not tired.

I am feeling chuffed.

You should! Well done. FWIW, your experience played a part in getting DH to go have his exam and PSA levels checked. He's 59 and needed at least to get a baseline. All good, enlarged, but appropriate for his age, etc. But we both were glad he checked.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

My household got our texts from the California Secretary of State this afternoon; our ballots have been received and counted. I was relieved

I got mine today. I was somehow hella relieved to get them. Even last night I was thinking that I'd OMG need to go my site on Election Day and fill out a provisional ballot. Stress over this is not healthy.

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

That’s great, dcp!

Useta-could.

FWIW, your experience played a part

Thanks for that. It feels good to hear that someone has learned from my mistake.

People! Learn from others' mistakes! You won't live long enough to make them all yourself.
