Weird, right?

How are you doing today. Teppy? Hopefully having so much fun you don't have time to post!

I must pat myself on my chef's hat because we just ate the yummiest dinner. It isn't easy to cook here because my kitchen is a construction zone so I eat out more than I want to or cook super basic. I was tired of that so I made roasted Brussels, red peppers, and whole garlic cloves (from my cousin's garden). Roasted in sesame oil (because I was using that for the fish) and Tuscan spices then tossed with a dash of raspberry vinaigrette. Then I seared ahi tuna steaks coated with sesame seeds and a bit of jerk seasoning. It was all super yum, but the garlic was absolute perfection. We have super happy mouth right now, but probably need to brush before we go to the movies later.
Going to see Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, which doesn't look great to me, but going with a few other family members. Music should be fun.
That sounds so delicious, Laura!
After my week of many responsibilities I've been faffing about all day.
The fog has rolled in and Matilda has been busy with her boyfriend on his birthday.

Lots of fun today — Oktoberfest in Breckenridge (I bought an awesome cowboy hat) in the afternoon and then the Amos Lee/Indigo Girls concert in Dillon tonight.
My throat is still sore but less stabby pain than yesterday. Popsicles have been my friend.
Is the elevation kicking your butt?
Oh my god, YES.
Oh my god, YES.
The few times I have been at crazy altitudes I have super-hydrated which kept the headaches away, but that didn't help my stamina. I can remember walking across the ski resort parking lot, looking at the flight of stairs to the building, and knowing there was no way I could climb the stairs. Nothing left to do so. While locals were jogging and cross-country skiing and stuff! I feel for them when they visit my sea-level dripping, hot, humid hometown.

Same - I was shocked at how little physical activity I was up for the last time I was in Colorado, even after I started drinking gallons of water to get rid of that initial hangover feeling.
Double vax yesterday and I forgot to take Tylenol before bed. Woke up feeling awful with chills and massive lack of energy to get out of bed. Eventually I did get myself up and got Tylenol and water. Today I’m sluggish but I’m staying medicated. Weirdly I’m kinda nauseated, nothing sounds good although I know I should eat.
Also oddly gassy and I keep feeling like I need to pee, but I don’t.
