I am feeling a lot better not perfect but a lot better.
I hate having meltdowns. I hate that I am this old and they still happen and it was pretty bad. But I figured out a lot of what contributed to it . It's frustrating that things like having to park somewhere different is a tiny thing but it's a change in my routine and there is a lot of that at work and I need to be proactive about.
I made really delicious breakfast tacos this morning. I am going to have a snacky dinner. And tomorrow it's work again

I'm glad you got some help David and some rambling time in

I can see why they call it Black Diamond, that was spectacular, and it's so lucky that no one got seriously hurt!
Gonna be a fun day at work tomorrow -- I'm driving a van full of residents from our sister Assisted Living over to the Museum of Fine Arts. There's a new driver there, only two days into the job, so she'll be along to learn routes and what little insights I have with vans. She in fact has driven them before, so possibly she knows more than I do.
"Every ride an adventure!"

Im back to work tomorrow . Two days for things to move around and try and figure out where they went.
But I have Saturday off so only 3 days in a row working...

So far having Covid is just boring. I’m ok if it stays that way.

Boring Covid is the best Covid.

I am so bored with my cause of the plague, OMG.

As a kid, 'boring' is the worse thing ever. As an adult, you've had enough exciting things that 'boring' gets a lot more desirable.

This year more than ever.

True dat.
I think some of it may be an age-related change in attitude to sleep. When I was little I often fought sleep with every fibre of my being. As a middle-aged adult, any time with nothing to do is time I can nap!
