The big news from my corner of the world is: Mom was cleared by her PT to go up and down stairs on her own! Now all she needs me for is things like opening pill bottles and tossing salads, she just can't grip anything with her right hand the way the splint is between her thumb and fingers. Post-op follow-up on Monday.
High today is only supposed to be 76F so that'll be nice
I'm apparently now the kind of person who goes to the gym three times a week. If only this personality transplant had happened in my 20s I might have a teeny bit of core strength by now. (I feel really good about the progress I'm making everywhere else but I literally cannot do one single sit-up.)

Go Jess! I've been a slug after going to the gym regularly for months. Need to get back to it.
Go t's Mom!
My exciting news is my office had Humbodt Fog at our weekly happy hour. It was scrumptious. And I got to be super slick for by knowing the name.
