Yeah, same on routines. I absolutely crave routine until I get one semi-established and then I do everything I can to break out of it. Not at all sensible.

It's "write your annual review" time, and my boss told me I should make sure I include as many examples of things I did tied to the level expectations for my role.
UGH, I hate shit like this. (It is one of the only tasks I find AI truly useful for, since (a) I don't want to do it and (b) I don't remember this entire year.)

We changed our self evaluation program again. In the training for the new system they told us they wanted us to practice using AI with our evaluations.
So set it to "corporate language," typed things in, fixed the letter, submitted it.
This was good because I'm crap at corporate language.
Forget plastics, the future is in self-evaluation - we change it annually.
