I'm reading a book that keeps referring to something called "the Vastness" and for some reason every time it's mentioned I hear it being said in Effie Mucklewain's voice. It's very distracting (in part because I can't actually remember what the MB context was, if there was indeed any and this isn't just something my brain is doing for its own reasons)
I know this one! At the end of every episode, before Zebulon says "And if time and tide roil you too harshly..." Effie leads in with "Be sure and tune in this time next month for more adventures in the vastness."

In house hunting news, my realtor suggested I see other realtors. Apparently finding a house or condo with a main floor laundry and wood burning fireplace is akin to finding a unicorn. I did not know realtors could and would dump you. I’m getting flashbacks to my 20s.

Calli, if you find a house with laundry where you want it, it is possible to install a wood burning fireplace after the fact as long as you are okay with a stove type? I had one installed in my den here in CT and love it!!
