Signed, let's hope the emergency injection of commercial yeast was enough to save this loaf! It's ugly but it does smell great!

(Buffy is fine, btw, the only casualty was the levain* used in this garlic-herb loaf.)

(*Yes I call it Faith Levain. Because obviously.)
