OMG, I’ve just spent three hours talking to literally 9 different people to resolve an insurance issue!

And the last call ended with me being dropped while being on hold. And when I tried to call back they were closed for the day!

So now I’m at the pharmacy just paying out of pocket and I’ll resolve the issue later.

Gah!!
