Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Running's good. Body resets, annoyingly, help a lot.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

In other news, migraines can suck a dick.

I don't know if I want a migraine to suck my dick. That sounds like a miserable blowjob.

You make a good point. Okay, migraines can fling themselves into the blackest of black holes. Get spaghettified, migraines!

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Yeah, they do.

As it is written so may it be.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Deb came by in her adorable, new, tiny red Fiat and delivered fudge.

So that's what I've had for lunch so far.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I met with the Arborist!

Much like working with Jack the Plumber, I now have a better idea about my property than I did before. I know what kind of trees I've got in the back yard, and what needs trimming and where.

[insert rude joke about "my bush" here]

I shall be "raising the crown" on the front tree and probably "reducing the crown proportionally" on the back trees.

Exciting news: the cherry tree is fruiting!

Unexciting news: barely - can't get a bowl from it and they're not very sweet.

Always Anti-fascist!

My mom would love to meet somebody like that.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

I know what kind of trees I've got

What kind(s) are they?

...cherry...they're not very sweet.

The birds won't mind.

The 'possums and raccoons probably won't mind, either.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Epic, health~ma to both of you.

Hugs to Hec.

I am in week 3 of tech/early previews of a new musical. This one may have some legs. It's got one song that I fully expect *all* the theatre kids will be singing once there is a recording. Also, J. Harrison Ghee is absolutely fucking amazing (and a lovely human)!

The two in the back yard that I didn't know are:

"Metrosideros excelsa, commonly known as pōhutukawa, New Zealand Christmas tree, and iron tree, is a coastal evergreen tree in the myrtle family, Myrtaceae, that produces a brilliant display of red flowers, each consisting of a mass of stamens."

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I was able to catch Ember.

I am so glad you were able to catch her! This just sounds like too much for you and I do not like it. Much health ma to the both of you.

Feeling sad this morning about Jacqueline. Sitting in the window seat, watching the fog trying to sneak in and "the tears come unbidden." Not copious sobs, but just leaking out around the perimeter.

I am just so sorry. Thank you for sharing, both this, and just everything with us. You have such an open heart and I thank you for that.

I never thought I would say this, but I MISS TECH. My last show was in 2019. I was so grumpy and I needed to leave, but man I have to find something else!
