Happy Birthday Cass!!
My Birthday wasn't anything special and Monday was kind of a shitshow at home and last week was a mess at work and today is a shitshow at work.
But hey. I spent one birthday in the psych ward after a suicide attempt and thay was ago and I honestly never could really imagine being in my 50s and functioning like I am. So as not ideal as things have been its still way more than I thought I would get

So, today is one of those fun days of “I wonder when that injury happened.” Because of my paralysis I can’t feel my feet at all. But it’s never fun to take off your socks and see a blood and not know why.
