So, how was your summer? Mine was fun. Saw some fish. Went mad with hunger. Hallucinated a whole bunch.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Smonster, I’m glad you’ve arrived! I hope we have a chance to hang out soonish.

Calli, yes! Hopefully I will see you one way or another this weekend. I'm going to try and hit the Farmer's Market tomorrow, maybe I will see you there? I may also check out the Pride thing on Sat.

And I'm sorry about the work suck. I hate people who think they are too important for stuff. You're not Queen Charlotte, FFS.

meara, do you think that's because of the stupid keyword bs they use to sort resumes now? Seems likely to me.

Happy happy birthday to EpicT!! May you have the day that best pleases you.

Good luck, Lisa. Keeping metaphorical digits crossed for an offer.

Still plodding away at Moving Stuff. I changed my address with the local credit union (oh, NC SECU, how I have missed you) and messaged the DMV about what kind of appointment I need to make. Already changed over my car insurance, that's the important bit.

Had a video chat with a potential new therapist that I am super excited about. I see them in person Monday after work. I have a virtual visit with existing therapist today.

Other plans for today include hitting the Habitat Restore. I need bathroom storage and am hoping to score something there. Struck out at the thrift store by my house yesterday.

New housemate and I are getting along well. I am being much more cautious about boundaries than previously. She and the prior housemate had/have a more intense friendship than I think I want. Trying not to get too involved with her struggles, or involve her with mine. Emotional growth!

Greek yogurt: my stomach is still jacked up from some combo of the food poisoning and the antibiotics. I didn't quite finish my course because I misplaced three pills in the move (found them, cleverly placed in the proper pill case).

I have been consuming probiotics and yogurt like it's my job, and even drank some kombucha (though it gave me stomach cramps, so I'm not anxious to do that again). Tired of constant low-level nausea that gets worse when I eat anything. Stupid digestive system. Stupid EDS.

I got the offer letter! They have a sucky PTO policy (2 weeks plus one week sick leave) but the owner seemed up for discussing reinstating unlimited PTO, which they used to have before one person fucked it up for them. Anyway, am nervous but excited.

Hurray, Lisa!! Great news. I hate it when one person ruins the nice things for everyone.

Happy Birthday, Epic!!!

And yay, Lisa!

Yay Lisah! That is a remarkably sucky PTO policy indeed unless they also like, close for a week at Christmas and in the summer or something.
