I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

I am wfh today, but barely working. Mac had to go to school and I had to get my car out for him. His car is blocked in with ice. He also does not have snow boots or gloves so this is all a lot for him.

Still, nothing is keeping him from getting said items for himself.

I’m kinda really tired of being the one who always gets things done. Also that’s party the grief anger.

I only do 3 stages of grief and they all overlap depression/anger/acceptance.

Glad you weren’t laid off Jess.

Barely working seems appropriate, msbelle. And skipping denial and bargaining seems vbvery sensible, really. I'm a sucker for denial, personally. Hope mac can stay warm okay and drives safely

My heart skipped a beat as I was processing Jess's message. Not. OK, not is good here.

All totally understandable, msbelle.

Sending good results vibes Cincinnati way. I will never learn how to spell that right, apparently.

I love that there is an olive oil emporium in your day today, -t. Olive oil emporium! Excellent.

It's a really nice place, Jen! I mostly have been there when they take part in the winery passport thing (they partner with a winery but also have samples of their olive oils and vinegars and provide the food) but they also do community millings so people who have, say, an olive tree with a small harvest can press their own oil, and their restaurant is open all the time, I guess, but by reservation only since the pandemic and they are just far enough away that I generally feel like it's too much trouble to get over there. I do see their menus pretty regularly, though, and the current one sounded especially good *and* has a specialty martini so I am bestirring myself.

There are actually a couple of other olive oil emporia nearby, it's a major crop for the area. This one is my favorite.
