I saw an all-feline Nativity somewhere last week, but even my agnostic self rejected it as something of a bridge too far. But I did say "aw!" though, at the risk of being a single-lady cliche.
I love pictures of weird Nativity sets!
Also, I'm not feeling like "fa-la-laing,' right now!
I can't even think about the holidays. My brain has no room for them. (Although I was at Trader Joe's today and they already have their oat nog back, so of course I bought some.)
we had peppermint-stick ice cream last week(again, love, but it still feels a little soon.)
Oh and so I haven't really mentioned this to anyone . Well Matthew knows but no one else. Walmart covers degrees of certain kinds. It used to be much more broad but they removed a lot of certificates and degrees and I actually can't see all the offerings because it's been so long since I've attempted college I have to do the college prep stuff first.
And I have done that. Very slowly. I'm still at the very beginning where it's just introducing concepts of a syllabus, how to register for classes etc. And I don't know if I'll want to study any of the actual offerings but you know I keep thinking it might be nice to get a degree of some kind just to do it.
Here's something I definitely would have gotten for Jacqueline: [link]
When I clicked the link my eyes immediately zoomed to the two-headed cat with wings and crown, and I wondered if it was an illustration of the Solomonic demons from the Ars Goetia.
Nice, askye! Explore like the wind! Or like a hedgehog. Or whatever. Enjoy the whole learning stuff thing is what I'm saying
I'm just coming to grips with needing to figure out Thanksgiving. Whole Foods does not appear to have the vegan pumpkin pie my mom likes so I don't know what we're gonna do.
Somebody made a Stringer Bell Mamdani meme...for a second, I had a prince-with-a-tiny-slipper moment. But nothing's really like that, is it?
