Punishingly Intricate

I have had multiple people tell me that if something is properly developed under agile you won't need technical writing because you won't need a manual.

Lol! I mean, hopefully you won't need an end user manual, but end user doc is not the only kind of technical writing.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I tried to get away from starchy white side dishes and accidentally wound up with a super rich beer mac and cheese that everybody loves and now I'm obliged to make it. It's obviously way heavier, which was not the direction I was aiming for.

I ruint the roasted Brussels sprouts at Thanksgiving, and they haven't been popular so I need another green dish. JZ doesn't like green beans though. Ponder...

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Creamed onions with fresh onions are much better and a whole lot of work peeling all those little pearl onions.

I did this recipe and added sage. [link]

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

That sound you hear is the distant sobs of the operations team

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Roasted broccoli florets, tossed with olive oil and garlic, are amazeballs.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Pecan pie is the best pie, and bourbon chocolate pecan pie is the bestest best.

This collard green recipe is quick, easy, and tastes amazing: [link]

I always just squeeze half a lemon over the dish to finish it rather than serving lemon on the side.

Thrive to spite them

I think we are having turkey for Christmas. I was like "but we just had turkey at thanksgiving" and M countered with "but we have chicken almost every night, why can't we have turkey for both holidays?" But we may sneak some ham in there.

We have 2 weeks to figure it out. right?

I'm seriously thinking cheap Chinese takeout for Christmas. But maybe I'll make a tasty dessert. But also: pajamas all day and WW 1984 on HBO Max.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Pecan pie is the best pie, and bourbon chocolate pecan pie is the bestest best.

I'm going to Susan's house.
