Laura, I use heat patches for when my back's worse than usual. I make sure to get the ones that actually heat rather than relying on capsicum to create the feeling of heat. There are also pain relief patches, which I haven't tried. Yet. I'm suggesting them as an interim solution until you get him to a chiro or someone.
And in re socks, I was once staying with my mother and sister right after sister had her first knee replacement surgery and she needed my help to get her surgical compression socks on. Those were also hard to pull on, since pulling too hard hurt her. I guess my tickling her foot didn't help either ....
He bought some pain relief patches. When he gets up I'll try and talk him into alternating heat and cold. Left a message for my niece to see if she had a heating pad. I gave mine to my son's GF for her cramps. Of course, I have multiple microwavable ones in Florida!
I seem to be all out of work-related fucks today
I don't feel like the weekend will bring me any more. But maybe I am wrong.
Early this morning I had a classic "unprepared for class" anxiety dream. Why, brain, why?
I get those all the time. It's always a relief after I wake up and worried and am like: "Hey, wait a minute..."
TGIF?
I think work will be the relaxing part of today.
I didn't mention the tadpoles and the talking frogs, did I?
Why, brain, why?
Oooooh, I had forgotten about "The Frogs." While there was a journey motif, and I suppose there were several struggle motifs...no, in all honesty I can't claim my dreams are that sophisticated.
