Jeez, Tep, that's incredibly scary. I'm glad your dad's neighbor contacted you because somebody's going to get shot.
Natter 77: I miss my friends. I miss my enemies. I miss the people I talked to every day.

Okay, Tim's awake. THIS is going to be a fun conversation.
Please let us know how it goes. Yes, the paranoia is a bad sign. He may well have kept a prescription or two.
eta: Parents!
Good lord, Tep. That is a LOT! Yikes! I hope your dad can be more reasonable about all this than not. Dang.
Tim isn't super comfortable with the idea of us taking Dad's guns (I do not blame him AT ALL), and said that if my brother really can come out here, he'd rather go that route. So we'll see what we need to do to make that happen.
That's understandable. I have heard of places where you can just turn in guns to be safely disposed of no questions asked but I don't know how widespread that is or how to go about finding one, but might be an option for you - just pick them up from your dad and take them immediately to the sheriff or wherever
Oh man, that is a lot to deal with Steph.
I'm not especially keen on having in a gun in the house, but I might make an exception for a Dragonov.
Oh jeez, Steph. Good luck with all of that.
Steph that is A LOT. I know it's also a lot but could you or your brother check with your Dad's doctor. At least to let him know the hallucinations have started again. I don't know if there is anything he could do but he probably needs to know this in case it's not medicine causing them.
