Wash: Psychic, though? That sounds like something out of science fiction. Zoe: We live in a space ship, dear. Wash: So?

Our wings are not tired.

Good to hear she was taken care of quickly, Sheryl. It is so easy to get dehydrated.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

dehydration is such an issue with the elderly! It was so hard to get my dad to drink enough; it turns out he had some problem with his throat that made him feel he was going to choke if he drank much, so he just stopped drinking as much water. (Also of course not wanting to get up and pee four times/night.)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

It was so fun seeing everybody's face again! And hearing voices.

Thank you, Shir!

Our wings are not tired.

It was wonderful to see faces and hear voices. Except now I want to hug people more than ever. This too shall pass and we will see each other F2F again. In the meantime, love to Shir and Nilly for making this happen.

move out and draw fire

I am sorry I missed it and all of you!

I sat in my car at the vet's for 3 hours (curbside only) while they ran a battery of tests and hydrated Kittygirl. She still can't eat or drink and we still don't know what's wrong, so heading to the full animal hospital. It doesn't appear to be kidney disease or any of the -itis-es; maybe an obstruction that didn't show on the first x-ray.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'm sorry I missed it.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Sorry I missed it, too, I had to work today. And I’ll be working tomorrow. And so on.

Ah, Mebane. Is there anything of value there? I think not.

It was definitely fun but weird to see faces and hear voices! And I was super amused when Fiona said in her mind we all have an accent like hers, because of course the opposite is true as well!

Lovely day here, so eventually managed to take dog to the dog park. Also decided I went overboard on the 36" crate (which could probably fit ME) and decided to return and get a 30" crate for my pup. Not sure how much bigger he'll get, and it seemed like 6" more than his current crate wouldn't be enough, but it'll have to bed--the other one takes up half my room!

And my most happy exciting news, the bank gave back my stolen money!! ....now to move away from using Bank of America. I feel RICH now (it was $6k!), even though it's money I had before, which makes me laugh

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Kitty~ma, Volans.

It was lovely seeing so many of you for the first time. Thanks, Shir, for setting it up. Sorry I had my non-board name up for so much of it. I was on my iPad, and figuring where the renaming option was took a while.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

...now to move away from using Bank of America

I have yet to come across anyone with anything good to say about BofA.
