oh no Dana. fingers crossed it stays mild.
~ma for very mild symptoms for your dad, Dana.
The word symptom looks odd to me this morning.
Hope things stay mild for your data, Dana. Lots of good health~ma.
Had a bad night. Feeling super down and super stressed at the moment. I need to get better at letting how I'm feeling show.
{{Gud}} One of the things I have liked about Noom, and many people don't like, is they are very big on DBT mindfulness stuff. I hadn't really looked at it much before the dieting, but know many who have benefited from the practices. [link]
Yikes Dana! Hope your dad's case is a mild one.
Mild symptoms~ma, Dana.
My COVID-19 PCR test came back negative this morning, which is nice. I'd very much like these lingering cold symptoms to GTFO of my head, though. I'll continue to quarantine and test again in a couple of days to be on the safe side.
I also got confirmation that my location transfer has been approved. I don't have details yet, but this means I'll have a normal city commute when we go back to the office!

My mom texted me this morning to tell me she has strep throat (also got a Covid test, but it was negative), and she said "I kind of forgot there are other illnesses out there!" At least with strep throat, you can throw antibiotics at it.

Woot! Though...is that still long, just not nearly as long as before?

Several family members have told me this is the first year they didn't get strep or flu or other respiratory stuff in forever. Hence their desire to never give up their masks.
