Omg I was having a horrible dream about how I had the worst migraine ever and I was also supposed to be taking this test (which scrolled out like a Harry Potter essay to be like 20 feet long) and I could NOT figure out how to turn off the lights and they were so bright and hurting so much and I couldn’t find sunglasses either and….finally woke up and realized the sun was shining directly onto my face and thats why.
The CVS drive thru test site is actually a handout of self tests, you park and do it yourself and then drop off.
Huh, when I did the drive thru pharmacy test it said 48 hours but results came through quicker.
I’ve walked the dog and showered. That’s maybe probably it for the day.
Happy birthday, Juliana!
Hey, Boston-area people, I have a friend who's trying to figure out travel stuff. She needs to get from Back Bay (Amtrak) to South Station to pick up the Concord Bus. Is there some kind of city transit that will accomplish that?
The easiest way is to take a commuter rail train one stop. She'll have to buy a separate ticket from that, but it should be pretty straightforward. The only problem with that is commuter rail train schedules are fucked right now.
But wait, if she's on an Amtrak train at Back Bay, it's about to go to South Station next.

Yeah, but it triples the price of the ticket.
Seriously? I have never heard of such a thing! The commuter rail will be $2.40, apparently.
I just got back from amyth’s service and post-service drinks with, among others, Vortex, Javachick, Amych, and Smonster. The service was sad, and lovely, and moving. It was wonderful to meet so many f2f afterwards, though. I’m so glad so many could make it!
Happy birthday, Juliana!
