Wow, having caught up on the last couple days' posts, I'm afraid if I hand out all the hugs and ~ma I'd like to I'd leave something out. But I'm definitely sitting here sending out all kinds of love and hope for better things Buffistas-ward.
In Seattle, last I heard they're offering students/families the option of going back to in-person schooling on 4/19. We're leaving it up to Alex to decide what he wants to do, because he'll be 17 next week (eek!) and is old enough to make such choices, but given that he goes to an alternative high school halfway across town and has to take two city buses each way to get there, we've expressed our preference to wait till we're all vaccinated, which probably wouldn't be till nearly the end of the school year for him, if not later.
I'm glad ltc is okay, sj. That must be painful, though.
I'm so sorry to hear about Matilda, Hec. The past year or so has been so rough on her. It's well past time things turned in her favor.
Timelies all!
Hugs for all Buffistas and Buffista-adjacent folk who want/need them.
Me, I'm tired of matzo and tired in general.
My parents' county has made vaccinations available to everyone 16 and up. I heard from my VP of People. That continues to be weird.
VP of People is weird. I want there to be a VP of Animals and a VP of Inanimate Objects.
Ha! I'll watch for openings and recommend you
I favor having a VP of Places and VP of Things, then they could all have a theme song: [link]

Mrs. Kaplan (elementary school teacher) said that the song misses one concept: ideas (happiness - not a "thing that you can show", still a noun). I would like to be the VP of Ideas, please and thank you.
Ah, yes, the Noun Department
And the somewhat more active Verb Department?
