DH has gone fishing with our friend Max. They went out at 5 AM. It is overcast and dead calm out there so I hope they have a good time. He has been working so hard lately that he really needed some time off. Wish me snapper. I'm hoping to get some reading accomplished while the boys play.
My arm is sore this morning, but surprised to not find bruising. It took the brunt of the fall so pretty ouchy, then again I am a big baby, so most people probably wouldn't even notice this level of discomfort.

Anyway, I hope you all are having a lovely weekend. I went out to the Sacramento Delta yesterday in the freezing cold, and hung out with dog people all day, and my lovely GSD got three qualifying scores in her first ever formal agility trial! It was a hella long day, and I'm still kind of stiff, but it was fun, and I can begin to see why people are so into this sport.
I will admit that it is the ultimate event of white middle-aged ladies, though. The only brown face I saw all day was one of the judges (seemed to be a very nice guy, but a definite rarity in the field).
