Of course it's the worst time to prep for moving, as I'm staring down the barrel of 6 weeks of deadline crunch work for a big program rollout. But it's also the first home in a year that's come up for sale and sparked an "I'd like to live there!" reaction in the last year.

Love the dark hardwood floors there, Matt. I admit that I love having my small house, and I would love having that much storage! I like the front porch, too. Not too big to manage, but still some room for gardening and so forth.

It sold within 4 hours of going on the market, so they probably took down the page. I knew I'd have to move fast, but not THAT fast! Pity, it was exactly what I want in a house even if the timing wasn't good.
