I am supposed to walk to Maria’s monks today.
I would like to understand more about this as well.
smonster, I'd be happy to look at your resume! I love that!! And agree that two pages is fine.

Maria has monks?
Jim is off for his annual physical. I have the place to myself!!! *cannot run around because of sore feet, but bounces happily in the chair by my laptop* Loud music he dislikes is a go . . . .
Ask a Manager also agrees that this far into your career, two pages is fine. She also advocates for leaving off earlier jobs unless they're really relevant/important.
Thank you, Jesse! Is your profile addy good?
There’s a new update on CaringBridge about amyth, maybe someone can summarize for Beep Me? I am not able to at the moment. Anticipatory grief is a real special bitch.
Thanks for that, Dana. It’s hard to think about leaving off Peace Corps and my first carpentry job, but something has to go. Maybe I just list the employers and my position and they can ask more if they want.
Oh, fuck. Thanks for the headsup, smonster. I don't know if I will be able to summarize for Beep Me but at least I know to go look for myself (and to brace myself)
smonster, definitely check out Ask a Manager for resume tips! Although I feel like Jesse is our in-house Ask a Manager?
smonster - I like the idea of listing the Peace Corp and the carpentry jobs more as conversation starters than anything. When I'm interviewing candidates, I find it useful to ask "how did you get from carpentry to ..." and questions like that to warm things up.
Maybe the early jobs are cover letter fodder.
smonster, I'll sum up, if no one else objects?
