I kissed him, and I told him that I loved him. And I killed him.

Our wings are not tired.

How many times have we thought people would finally be offended by Ted Cruz? But yeah, I live in hope that people in Texas will figure out that AOC didn't sabotage their electrical grid.

I need to get more productive. And yet.

In all politics is local news, in past years the local city races have always been between known democrats, although they are in theory non-partisan. This year the wife of the state senator for the area, a Republican, changed her designation from Republican to Democrat the day after she announced that she was running for mayor. Tons of money and the nastiest lie filled campaign ever. Also a couple city commission seats experiencing the same kind of big money sabotage of long time local dems. And of course sign stealing, although they did immediately come replaced my signs when I emailed the current nice mayor's campaign. Yes, local level Republicans are scoundrels too.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Was Cruz just in the last election? Wondering how long before his next race. People can have surprisingly short memories. I don't have a lot of faith in people understanding and believing that the human cost of this disaster is due to anti-regulation and pro-privatization policies.

That chucklefuck isn't up for re-election until 2024, unfortunately.

Yeah not cool to go to Mexico during this, even forgetting pandemic!!

I’m registering people and checking IDs, it’s a big clinic that does like 1500 people a day so they need lots of volunteers—I think they pay the people actually giving the shots thougg

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Yeah, he was re-elected in 2018. Sigh. Everyone hates him! Including other Republicans! Fuck this guy, seriously!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

It looks as if the foot or so of powdery snow has been condensed into about 6 inches of pack snow by the sun today. Easier to keep one's footing in, so that's nice.

I checked to make sure the alley cats found the food I put out for them this morning, and not only was it gone, but it appeared there were bird tracks in the snow leading up to the edge of the deck I poured it beneath. They may have gotten a bigger breakfast than I intended. Oops.

Birds do like to steal cat food. Presumably they know the risks.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

My dogs are so mad they did not get walked today. Extra time on the back yard is not appeasing Bailey. Miley resolved herself and is now content with sleeping beside me in the recliner.

I’ve done nothing much today. Can’t believe it’s already 3:30.

I had 4 conference calls/meetings today, which I know is not much for some people but it's a lot for me and they were all scheduled back to back and I just want to crawl into bed now but I have another couple hours of work, supposedly.
