My office uses Paychex (we're a small organization) and there have been ... issues ... in the past. Several years ago, the less-than-competent person in charge of payroll wasn't doing any kind of tracking and - in early December - realized that most people had a lot more leave time accrued than could be used up. Did they consider increasing the amount of time that could be carried over? Nope. That was the year I lost 70 hours of leave time (no, I'm not bitter, not in the least).

I've had to write some hella tactful reviews in my time. Thankfully the review process at my now-job is pretty clear-cut and low on bullshit.
